For women who know something needs to change.

Women often come to me with good information: a doctor’s recommendation, changing labs, new symptoms, or the sense that what used to work no longer does. They have seen nutritionists, specialists, and healers. Still, something in their body or life is asking for a different kind of attention.

I help you make sense of the suggestions and what your body needs now, and translate them into food, cooking, and daily practices that fit the real life you’re actually living. Together, we begin with food, but we do not stop there.

Together at the Table.
